Lavender Tea Night Cap

1 Can Spritz Pink Guava
1 Fresh Squeezed Lemon
1 Spruce Fresh Lavender

  1. Add the chopped lavender flowers to a tea ball or strainer, and place in a container big enough to hold at least 2 cups of hot water.
  2. Pour the hot water over the petals.
  3. Let steep for at least 1 hour.  I let my tea steep for a few hours for full flavour.
  4. Let cool completely.
Mix with lemon and pink guava spritz, enjoy!

Our hibiscus tea (pink guava) is caffeine free, it's a bit sweet, and pairs perfect with lavender.

Our favorite new night cap is a can of our pink guava flavor with a fresh squeeze lemon and lavender iced tea!

Follow our recipe to make our favorite version of lavender tea and mix with our pink guava, which is a hibiscus tea, to get all the benefits of our herbal tea plus lavender for a great end to a perfect day.

Lavender works as an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calm, and help bring about sleep so it's the perfect addition to any of our tea flavors.
