Spritz Mango Sorbet with Pink Guava

Spritz Mango Sorbet


  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 5 cups fresh or frozen mangos
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 Can Spritz Pink Guava

Begin by dicing the mangos.

Then in a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar to just a boil over medium-high heat. Keep stirring the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the syrup just created, 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice and prepared mangos. Transfer, in small batches if needed, to a blender or food processor and process until completely smooth and then add Spritz.

Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours. Leftovers can be stored in freezer and enjoyed for up to 2 weeks.
